Company Introduction

This company, founded as a "Pulbit" agricultural Management association in 1997,
developed a plant first in asia at the end of 1999 off the Korea's southernmost
shore and began its operation in May 2000.

We believe that reality of today's Korean agriculture would lose its competitiveness
in the global market without innovation of the market structure and transportation as
well as simplification, standardization, professionaliztion of product covering.

Hereby, a purpose of the association is best summarized as follows :

1. to submit a under-productivity of agricultural commodity wrapping
   
   
2. to reduce a skyrocketed sales margin in the complex market flow
   
   
3. to abate a transportation cost
   
   
4. to minimize a commotion resulited from the normalization of covering
   

Our major areas of business are :

1. imporation and exportation of onions
   
   
2. onion sales to major domestic grocery franchises
   
   
3. specialization of merchandise wrapping for the Korean market
   
   
4. after-service of the onion seed to Korean Farmers

A slogan of the company is an industrialization of agricultural
merchandises, specialization of product wrapping, simplification,
standadization, and finally maximization of transportation.

The company generates one-tenth of annual production($US10,000,000) from the
distribution of onions to major domestic supermarket chains.
